We asked 4 extraordinary children’s writers to help you get inspired, get creative, and get some ideas moving from your head down on to the page.

These short, pre-recorded workshops use NASA’s Astronomy Image of the Day  as a starting point. You can look up today’s Astronomy Image of the Day, or choose a picture from a book about space from your local library.

You might even like to go outside and do some star gazing to get you started.

When you’ve finished playing with your words and ideas, ask one of your adults to submit your work to Space Chariot and follow our journey as we take it up into space with the help of our amazing partners.
